key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Ecommerce Trading Manager to identify growth opportunities and develop creative strategies to expand the category reach and attract new customers
  • Implement ecommerce activities tailored to the category, including product listings optimization, promotions, and merchandising, to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
  • Own the category strategy, overseeing product assortment, pricing, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Manage the end-to-end ecommerce experience for the category, from product selection to checkout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey for customers
  • Analyse ecommerce performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise category performance and inform future strategies

The overall objective is to drive commercial success while maintaining the integrity of the brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We value candidates with a background in ecommerce and online retail management, preferably within the pet industry.
