JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a leading property company, is currently seeking experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Analysts to join their team. As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions within the organization. This is a permanent position in the finance sector, offering a great opportunity for individuals with a strong finance background.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle the processing and recording of various financial transactions
  • Verify and reconcile invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Adhere to financial policies and procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Significant experience in finance, particularly in accounts payable and receivable
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and procedures
  • Proficient in using financial software and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
