My client, a prestigious asset manager based in London, is seeking a Funds Tax or Corporate Tax Lawyer to join their growing legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious associate to make the move in-house and play a key role in advising on tax matters across a range of high-profile transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax-related transactional support across both alternative investment vehicles (including private equity and real estate funds) and standard investment types.
  • Advise on the tax aspects of complex corporate transactions, M&A, fund structuring, and broader tax strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on major transactions involving one of the world's most prestigious investment firms.


Key Requirements:

  • PQE: 2-4 years post-qualification experience in England & Wales.
  • Background: Must have experience at a leading law firm in London with strong expertise in funds tax or corporate tax.
  • Proven experience in tax-related transactional support, ideally within the asset management, private equity, or funds space.
  • Solid knowledge of UK corporate tax laws, as well as tax issues specific to alternative investments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
