We are currently seeking a dedicated Aesthetician/Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, providing a friendly and welcoming environment
• Schedule appointments for clients and handle any necessary rescheduling or cancellations
• Manage the clinic's calendar and maintain an organized system for tracking appointments
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing client queries and concerns
• Provide clients with accurate and detailed information about our treatments, services, and pricing
• Assist the aesthetician by preparing treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
• Perform aesthetic treatments like facials, waxing, and body treatments on clients, as needed
• Manage product inventory, restocking as necessary and ensuring that products are correctly priced and labelled
• Process client transactions, including accepting payments and issuing receipts
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable and welcoming to clients at all times
• Uphold the clinic's standards of exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members

Requirements

• Aesthetician certification or relevant qualifications
• Previous experience in the aesthetics industry, ideally within a clinic in London
• Proven reception and administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a small team
• A genuine passion for the aesthetics industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the clinic and its patients
