A bit about the role... Working in the Digital Management & Assurance team, the Digital Assurance Lead will be central to ensuring Digital services are designed, built and continuously improved in line with Government Service Standards and puts users needs at the forefront.

A bit about you Whilst our day job is to deliver first class service to our stakeholders, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate. You'll be comfortable with an ever changing environment and able to keep focused.
Your expertise will be pivotal in upholding government digital and technology spend control standards. You will have a strategic mindset and be an excellent communicator, influencing key stakeholders to embed user-centric approaches to new services.
Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isnt always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good intention. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and influence.
