Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our clients team in Whitstable. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in planning, coordinating and supervising residential projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in assisting with site management on residential projects and possess excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.


Key Responsibilities:


- Assisting the Site Manager in planning, coordinating and supervising residential projects

- Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on schedule and to the required quality standards

- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and other stakeholders

- Assisting in the preparation of progress reports and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations


Requirements:


- Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager in residential projects

- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Construction Management or a related field
