role will have you reporting directly into the sales account managers and managing relationships with vendors and resellers from a post-sale capacity.

Sales Support

Our client is looking for a confident communicator with the ability to work competently on Excel.
This role offers hybrid working and exciting opportunities working alongside a great team.

This Sales Support role will hold the below responsibilities:
To provide full sales administrative and support excellence to the sales team, the vendor, and our reseller partners.
Actioning functions that are required to deliver excellent customer service.
Create a high volume of quotations for both new business and renewal opportunities.
To manage the sales order process from receipt of PO from customer through to the supply chain team including quality checks and error resolutions
Managing and chasing back – order report where required.
Assist with managing the RMA process.
Ensure the CRM system is used and updated as defined for your vendor.
To have an excellent working relationship with the vendors sales team, supply chain and renewals team.
This Sales Support role requires the below skills and personal requirements:
1+ years' experience in a similar role.
Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
Driven and self – motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.
Professional written and verbal communication
Numerate with good attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry and CRM
