seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancer to join a dynamic and growing team in

Godstone.


Your Experience


2 years PQE or similar You will have previous experience handling your own

caseload and be comfortable working with both regulated and non-regulated

colleagues. As a conveyancing professional, you will be used to handling both freehold

and leasehold transactions and remortgage.


Key Responsibilities


  • Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide clear,
  • professional advice on conveyancing matters.
  • Transaction Management: Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including
  • sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and review contracts, title documents, and other legal
  • paperwork using our case management systems.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all conveyancing transactions comply with
  • relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and
  • other parties involved in the property transaction.
  • Case Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions
  • and case progress using our case management system.
