Currently Anderson Recruitment is a team of 7 and this job will be placed within the recruitment team of three experienced and successful recruiters.It doesnt matter what background you come from essentially you need to be driven and ambitious. Recruitment is hard work, it takes time and perseverance to achieve results, but the rewards are brilliant not just financially, no two days are the same, its full of variety and you certainly would never be boredThe role involves Business Development of new and existing clients , interviewing candidates, posting job adverts and attending client meetings. We are happy to consider experienced Recruitment Consultants who are looking for a change or a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to share the current teams knowledge and be trained to the best standard.
To apply for this vacancy, you must have a good level of education - minimum Grade C in English & Maths GCSE. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Minimum of six months experience in recruitment/sales/customer service. A full driving licence and car is essential.

Hours Mon, Tues, Thurs 9am 5.30pm, Weds 8.30am 5.30pm & Fri 9am 4.30pm
Salary - Basic salary plus generous commission. The basic salary really is negotiable for the right person and depending on the level of experience. If you have the relevant attributes, please send your CV outlining your salary expectations.
