About the role As aRegional Occupational Therapist with Exemplar Health Care, youll lead and support a team of therapists across your region to deliver exceptional therapy services.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
overseeing several complex cases
providing specialist assessments, clinical diagnoses and interventions
working alongside your Regional Director of Operations to develop therapy services
providing advice, guidance, training and supervision for the Therapy Teams in your region
focusing on clinical governance, quality assurance and team development.
