Pay Rate : £11.67 - £12.45 per hour
Working Hours :
Position 1: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday with rotational weekend work
Position 2: 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm, Monday to Friday with rotational weekend work
DerventioUK is seeking two dedicated and experienced Cooks to join our client's health services catering team in Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals with strong culinary skills to contribute to the catering provision for 70 residents.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and cook meals in accordance with residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including HACCP and COSHH.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Work collaboratively with the catering team to deliver high-quality meals.
Adhere to food hygiene practices and standards.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a cook in a professional kitchen environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of allergens, dietary needs, HACCP, and COSHH.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work rotational weekends as required.
