As a skilled IT Support Engineer who is confident in a helpdesk environment you will supporting multiple sites of between 100 to 300 users. Reporting directly into the IT Manager you will have as escalation point; this one could be for you

We have partnered with an impressive manufacturing company who have big plans for 2024.

  • Due to the nature of this role requiring occasional hardware technical faults or PC rebuilds the role is on site 5 days a week in the Pulborough office.
  • You can look forward to a starting salary of£33,000
  • You will work closely with the IT Manager with opportunities to upskill.

What you will ideally have experience with

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Microsoft Server skills
  • Active Directory
  • Remote Desktop Server
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint
  • The ability to build servers and PCs from scratch is desirable but not essential
