As a Butler, you will ensure the warmth and magic of the Estelle brand is carried throughout our private Houses and across the Estate. You will review the entire guest journey from pre-arrival to post-visit, ensuring all personal touches are added, along with any additional requests and elevation opportunities. Who we are looking for?

  • A charismatic person who is confident and collaborative and holds pride in their work.
  • Previous service experience within luxury yachts, hospitality brands, or private estates.
  • Ideally, aged over 25 with a full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

Earnings for this role is bracketed between £35,000 to £38,000per annum dependent on experience, plus also inclusion in our bedroom service charge scheme.
