The Product Support team: As the Product Support Engineering Team Leader you will be reporting to the Rochester Service Centre Production Leader.

You will lead a team of Product Support Engineers and be responsible for their day to day activities in supporting the resolution of technical issues within the Service Centre, and enhancing the capability of the Service Centre from a technical position.

This is an opportunity to work on various platforms, playing a key role in keeping them serviced and running in a fast-paced environment.
