Lead Development Representative, Swedish Speaker

Role:
- Research accounts and identify key players, follow up and qualify new prospects and customers
- Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through generating new business via the phone, email and social media
- Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing these new leads to the Territory Management team
- Obtain an in-depth understanding of Barracuda, their solutions and the markets they operate in, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
- Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Bi-lingual fluency in English and Swedish
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Excellent organisational skills and strong time management
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
