This is a full-time position with a salary band of £30,000 to £35,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.


Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Undertaking retrofit assessments on social housing units
  • Delivering retrofit focused home visits or surveys with minimal support
  • Liaising with other staff in the Retrofit & Admin team to ensure effective project development and delivery
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions
  • Logging the information accurately on the client’s software


Experience required:

  • Membership of a Trustmark Approved Scheme


Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Extensive technical knowledge of various insulation and heating systems
  • Strong attention to detail
