Responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver impactful business solutions that drive success and help us meet statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead the analysis for one of our prioritized initiatives, working closely with Product Owners to define scope and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure the full scope of change is understood, the design meets requirements, dependencies are identified, and necessary insights and metrics are incorporated.
  • Identify solutions that drive optimal business outcomes.
  • Leading a team of Business Analysts


Skills and Experience include:

  • Extensive experience in a business analysis or solution design role, particularly on complex, cross-functional projects, with the ability to lead a team—preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong conceptual and lateral thinking skills, with a deep understanding of defining business outcomes and requirements in a Finance environment.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies, along with a solid understanding of their application and relevance in driving developments.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with proven experience managing and leading teams.
  • A solid understanding of Finance functions, processes, and technologies.
