An exciting new opportunity has arisen witha global leading packaging Manufacturesfor an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the Engineering team. You will play a crucial role in providing continuous electrical equipment maintenance and repair service to the Cold End Production Department.

Responsibilities
Maintaining, repairing, or replacing Cold End electrical equipment to standards that maximize machine efficiency and performance
Responding to Cold End equipment and machinery breakdowns promptly
Planned preventative maintenance of electrical equipment, systems and controls to be recorded and scheduled during job change
Apply the Company Health and Safety Policy within the department
Ensuring the efficient functioning of line equipment while minimizing downtime and sustaining performance at required levels
Identifying and resolving equipment and service faults
1 in 5 weeks On Call
Ideal Candidate
Apprentice trained or equivalent (Electrical)
ONC in Electrical Engineering
Attention to detail
Electrical components experience
Conveyor belts experience
Rotations experience
Enthusiastic and committed, with the ability to work well under pressure
Manufacturing background
Technical knowledge
Problem solving
