Randox is welcoming applications for the position of Bid Administrator to join our team. The role of Bid Administrator is key in securing business on a global basis. The successful applicant will identify suitable tenders, developing quality proposal and pretentions to identify tender opportunities.

Location: This position will be 100% office based at our Ardmore site on Diamond Road, Crumlin.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20.



The Role:


• Searching bid portals to identify potential tender opportunities.

• Updating of registers, databanks, and weekly management reports.

• Distributing tender details to Randox offices, distributors, and business managers.

• Liaise with relevant managers and departments to coordinate, edit, format, and submit bid responses.

• Follow up on bids submitted to assess successful and non-successful bids.

• Maintain internal libraries and tools to aid future tenders.



The Candidate:


• Computer literate with all Microsoft packages.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• The ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Keen to acquire and develop new knowledge and skills.

• Strong business acumen.

• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
