Due to our continued success, we are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Inbound Manager to join our growing Pixi family.


Role Description

The role of the Production Coordinator is to assist with all the administrative tasks associated with delivering new products and updating existing products to market across all brands within the company group, including assistance with sample tracking, TM requests, sourcing of swag items and design tasks management.


Key Job Responsibilities:

• Log, track and receive-in N/PD samples, updating the tracker with details when goods have arrived. Prepping the samples for review for the leadership team

• Provide feedback from PD senior team on sample reviews for further actions. Managing the end-of-day emails on project/product status updates.

• Create research and benchmark analysis on new product ideas and categories.

• Work with Design to complete and finalise production artworks.

• Proofread and review artwork edits – maintain the artwork specs.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget through timeline and critical path management.

• Receiving Trade Marketing briefs and assign to designers. Track, manage and ensure tasks are completed on-time. Manage new asset approval process and provide completed designs back to requestors.

• Working with all departments to support with required documentation as necessary.

• Preparing presentations for other departments to share externally.

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
