This leading business advisory firm has grown by over 200 people in the past three years. They now need an Internal Communications Manager to help create and deliver an engaging and consistent communications strategy and build their employer brand.

The role will sit as part of a talented and collaborative Marketing team with a dotted line into the brand-new HR Director. Straddling both functions, the successful incumbent will play a pivotal role in the delivery of their people strategy.

Responsibilities
Reviewing and implementing a fresh approach to Internal Communications including revolutionising the intranet.
Creating a regular drum beat of communication to highlight areas of the business and enlighten colleagues to company news.
Develop their employer brand with a means of supporting recruitment
Play a key role in the creation and delivery of the half-year and annual reports and support the business in the delivery of company-wide messages.

About you
A proven track record of managing internal communications for a medium to large business, ideally in professional services.
This is a strategic role, so proven experience of working with stakeholders to create internal communications plans that align with wider business goals.
A highly collaborative role, you will need experience of working across different departments; HR and Marketing in particular.
Flexibility to travel to offices across the UK when required
