Swire Renewable Energy has High Voltage Technicians working globally and we are scaling up to join us for up-and-coming projects in 2024.


Tasks:

· Installation and service of HV / MV equipment in offshore and onshore wind turbines.

· HV Service and Troubleshooting Technicians Installation and service on either 33kV or 66kV equipment with electrical background


Required Certificates:

· Full GWOs

· HV Courses 33kV or 66kV - Essential

. Qualified Electrician

· Siemens and/or Vestas certificates (Accredited)

· All wind related certificates


Qualifications:

· Candidates with transformer and switchgear knowledge are preferred.

· You are an educated electrician, or you have a relevant electrical technical background

· You are a team player, are quality conscious and can manage your tasks independently and carefully.

· You have a positive attitude towards your work in a challenging and sometimes busy everyday life with diverse tasks.


It will be an essential requirement, that you have experience in one or more of the following areas:


HV / MV switchgear

· Installation, service and maintenance

· Inspection and test (insulation resistance, voltage test)

· Test of protection relays


HV / MV transformer

· Installation, service and maintenance

· Inspection and test (winding resistance test, Voltage test)


HV / MV cable

· Termination of cables, installation and retrofit

· Inspection and test (insulation resistance, VLF test)
