We are looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our team at The Wynnstay, Oswestry.

Who are we looking for?

An interest in latest food trends and creating exceptional dishes
Passionate about food and culinary excellence
Experience with fresh food menus and previous experience a a Head Chef.
Can deliver volume and function business to a high standard
Can inspire, develop, lead and engage a kitchen team
Experience in menu creation and costing
Used to working to labour and GP targets
