What you'll be doing:
Own the first and second-line support for PC's, laptops, peripherals, and printers
Build, configure, and solve desktop and laptop systems
Incident requests
Install, configure, and maintain network printers, and support remote access connections
What youll bring:
Desktop experience at a 2nd Line level in a complex IT support environment
Windows 10, Microsoft applications, Office, SharePoint, and Outlook
Thin Client environments, Citrix, VMWare, LAN/WAN technologies, and systems management
It would be great if you had:
Familiarity with SysTrack
Knowledge of Sysinternals Tools, including Procmon
