We are recruiting for a proven sales professional to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, to join our successful award winning Poole team.
We are welcoming conversations with experienced Consultants or B2B sales professionals to join us.
This is an exciting time at Wild Recruitment, and our Poole team is a fun and supportive environment with huge longevity in the team.

Brief description of the role:
Managing the full recruitment process from beginning to end.
Business development to market Wild Recruitment as the recruitment partner of choice in Poole and surrounding areas.
Supporting candidates with their journey to find their next career step.
Meet with clients and candidates to understand their needs to support them with their requirements.
What do you need for this role:-
Proven B2B sales experience
Tenacity to search for new opportunities to place your candidates into
A team player who enjoys working towards a team effort to support your colleagues
