Role and Responsibilities:


They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the installation of Sprinkler systems in commercial and industrial projects in London. You'll ensure projects meet current British Standards, delivering them on time and within budget.


Key responsibilities:


  • Overseeing technical and financial aspects of contracts
  • Conducting site inspections
  • Managing material orders and representing the company at site meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and Health & Safety standards


You'll be responsible for monitoring site personnel performance and operating in a complex matrix environment, interacting with individuals at all levels.

We're looking for candidates with:


  • Proficiency in relevant software (Microsoft Project, CAD, Visio)
  • Knowledge of industry standards (BSEN 12845, BS9251:2014, BS9990:2015)
  • Experience in Wet and Dry Riser engineering
  • LPC certificates (preferred)
  • Full valid UK driving licence
