Description:

As the ECommerce Executive, you'll work across the brand's website and it will be your responsibility to deliver on both agreed sales targets and on-site monthly calendar activity plans.

As the ECommerce Executive you can expect to:

  • Work alongside the Head of Direct E-Commerce to agree monthly sales, budget and activity plans for the company’s website
  • Manage the execution of all product promotional activity on the company’s website, optimising basket value
  • Ensure product content for all new product launches is accurate
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially the acquisition, SEO, email, product, and merchandising teams
  • Provide monthly performance reports on the website operations, including forecast targets, website conversion rate optimization and revenue
  • Research key competitors websites to ensure the company's website is best in class for content and activity planning
  • Collaborate with the in-house Design Studio for content creation requirements

Experience:

In order to be considered for the role of ECommerce Executive you must be able to demonstrate you:

  • Have experience or knowledge within performance marketing, to include PPC, paid social and affiliate marketing
  • Have experience in an ecommerce platform
  • Ideal but not essential, exposure to running mobile store apps
  • Have exposure to content creation either with a Design Studio or experience of building digital content with applications such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel including formulas, lookups and data validation
  • Good experience of using Google Analytics and other analytical packages

Remuneration

Salary on offer for the role of ECommerce Executive is up to £30,000 along with other great benefits, such as free parking, annual bonus, discount across products and lots of annual leave every year
