Summary:

The primary objective of this position is to facilitate and enhance the provision of outstanding customer service, enhance operational effectiveness, offer cost-efficient services, provide pertinent and punctual information, and assist the business by implementing straightforward, user-friendly, and efficient technology solutions.

• Providing applications support function for users across a range of business applications

• Own the management of one or more critical business applications through their life cycle,

co-ordinating and managing upgrades for these.

• Troubleshooting complex incidents and service and change requests through appropriate

channels.
