The Insurance Sales Agent plays a crucial role in the sales process, either handling incoming inquiries or proactively reaching out to potential clients. This position involves understanding client needs, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into satisfied clients. The goal is to generate revenue by effectively selling insurance policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role will attract a fast learner who is a self-motivated, resilient and target-driven individual with the ability to operate independently where required, who will also hold a confident telephone manner and excellent written communication skills. You will be a team player who is flexible in order to meet the needs of the business as well as willingness to share information and knowledge with your colleagues.

What you'll get up to:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospects.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and leads generated through various channels.
  • Listen to client needs and provide information on available insurance products.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' insurance requirements.
  • Provide clear and concise information about our insurance products and services.

  • A growth mindset, & motivated to be part of a highly driven team, and can demonstrate your ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Experience in selling insurance.
  • Experience with third-party tools such as Acturis, Hubspot, Aircall, and Zendesk.
