Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 Per Annum D.O.E
Digital Waffle is currently partnered with a market-leading software company, We are looking for a Project Manager who will be involved in all aspects of project delivery, including software implementation projects.
In your day-to-day, you will be defining project goals and deliverables with clients and creating realistic project plans taking resources, deadlines, and any roadbumps into account.
Responsibilities:
You'll be collaborating with clients to set clear goals and deliverables, ensuring everyone is aligned from the start.
Creating realistic project plans, managing project tools, and keeping stakeholders up to speed.
Identifying and mitigating project risks, actively managing issues, and keeping the team on track to deliver high-quality work.
Always striving for ways to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
What skillset you will hold:
Experience managing diverse projects, including B2B software implementations.
Influencing key project decisions and stakeholders with your insight.
Excellent soft skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Proven problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of best practices
