Our Customer, currently requires a full-time permanent Inspector within their Flight Power & Electro-Mechanics Division. The role will involve carrying out the Overhaul, Inspection, Repair and approved Modification of aircraft components, The satisfactory completion and certification of all work required by the contracted Customer, in accordance with the work specification. And ensuring that the organization’s procedures and standards are adhered to when maintenance is carried out. Whilst not a family business, they adopt the same core values and this is reflected in an excellent team ethic throughout the organisation. The leadership team have created an environment where professional development is encouraged and this has undoubtedly been a factor in staff retention sitting far above the national average.
Qualifications
The applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:
• Previous experience as a Certifying Inspector for an approved MRO is preferred but not essential. We may consider candidates from other industries with similar skills with the purpose to cross train into the MRO industry.
• Have a recognized qualification in a related subject i.e., Engineering, Aviation, Electrical/Mechanical maintenance, Electronics.
Job Information
• Starting salary will be subject to previous experience, industry relevance and position offered.
• 28 days PA Holiday starting entitlement (Includes bank holidays).
• Extra holiday rewards can be earned by sick free years and length of service.
• Working hours 08:00 to 16:30 Mon-Fri with half hour lunch break.
