JOB PURPOSE
Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a keen eye for identifying top talent? Or perhaps you're a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets?
At Manpower Engineering, our team is a dynamic blend of seasoned experts with decades of experience and fresh talent bringing new perspectives. As a Contracts Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive exceptional training and support while contributing to our mission of placing people in Engineering contracts.
THE ROLE:
- Candidate marketing: Identify, screen, and engage with potential candidates, ensuring they are a strong match for the roles you're recruiting for. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, managing schedules and logistics seamlessly.
- Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Personal branding: Develop your online presence within your specialist field through outreach such as social media.
- Targets and expertise: Work towards achieving targets and becoming an expert in your field.
SKILLS:
- Ability to plan/manage own time effectively.
- Initiative, drive and ambition to succeed and meet/exceed targets.
- Resilient and tough minded with a positive approach.
- Strong work ethic, ambition, money-motivated mindset and a team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ideally experience recruiting within the Engineering industry
