The Site Director will drive an inclusive and progressive culture and lead the site’s long term strategic objectives. Candidates will bring significant experience of manufacturing and operations leadership in chemicals manufacturing environments, specifically upper-tier COMAH sites, as well as a passion for operational, behavioural and process safety. They will bring a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset to the role and will also have demonstrable people leadership skills, including coaching and continuous people development.
