About the Pub

Shannon’s is situated in the busy Bordesley Green, Small Heath area of Birmingham. This 'red brick' corner public house offers a great opportunity for a committed retailer to market the site to the local population and to capitalise on the busy football crowds attending the nearby Birmingham City football ground. There is a large bar area as you enter the pub, with traditional sports viewing and comfortable seating for approximately 50 covers, ideal for guests to watch their favourite game. To the rear is a small lounge area with a pool table, seating for approximately 30 covers and access to the rear beer garden, which is very popular during the warmer months. There is a walled yard to the rear offering a small area for smokers. This has been used for BBQs during the summer and as a bottle bar area for football match days.
