This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working and self-motivated individual, with an excellent level of sales and customer service experience, who ideally has experience within the affordable housing sector.
Working as part of our Sales Services Team, you’ll be responsible for managing shared ownership Re-sales, Staircasing, Lease Extensions, Right to Buy as well as other affordable housing products, whilst delivering excellent customer service.
You’ll be implementing sales strategies for a range of exciting schemes, to maximise sales revenue and target our priority customers. You’ll be a natural at developing customer contacts, building internal and external relationships, and converting leads into sales. Your flair with customers will have been proven in a similar sales role
Join our team and contribute to the success of our shared ownership program while building a rewarding career in the property sector.
*What you’ll do*
* Coordinate effective marketing and promotional activity for homes and products in policy, procedures, maximising opportunities for income generation and ensuring compliance with latest legislation, regulations and good and/or best practice.
* Ensure customers wanting to sell and buy homes through resales and homeflex, buy more shares, extend their lease and buy their existing home through Right to Buy and Right to Acquire, receive a first-class sales service. Facilitate viewings, attend completion visits when required, arranging surveys, and other appointments as necessary for homes in marketing, to ensure agreed sales targets are achieved.
*What you’ll need*
* Experience of dealing with the property sales process. Preferably for shared ownership.
* Experience of dealing with shared ownership sales.
* Experience of customer service.
* Team working.
* Experience of building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
