About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamite full-stack software developer to take the reins of Safe Workplaces' primary development, designing and delivering mobile and web-safeguarding applications for some of the world’s largest enterprises.

The full stack developer role is a hands-on role, and you’ll lead the be involved in the full development lifecycle. You’ll be working in a compact multidisciplinary team building mobile and web applications and solving tough software challenges. We trust our people to have high levels of autonomy and value collaboration and pragmatism.

You can expect to work throughout the development stack, from richly interactive web and mobile applications, API and more, to high-performance backends. You will work with a diverse variety of platforms and modern architectures from AWS, and modern front & back-end frameworks, to Node and DynamoDB.

You’ll be surrounded by highly capable people in a collaborative environment that encourages sharing knowledge and experience. There’s plenty of opportunity to mentor colleagues and influence business aspects outside of your expertise.

To succeed in this role you’ll need to be:

• Able to quickly develop a rich understanding of the Safe Workplace platform

• Experience of designing well-structured and maintainable applications

• Be comfortable communicating directly with clients and prospect

• Consistent, concise and accurate in providing feedback

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new situations

• Self-motivated

• An appetite to learn new technologies and approaches

• Experience of communicating your ideas to multiple audiences

• Good experience and knowledge of the fundamentals in your main tech stack

• Someone who knows how to manage their time effectively

• Willing to ask for help you need it

The package:

● Up to £40,000 annual

● Full-time

● 21 days holiday per year + all national holidays + 25 December to first working day in Jan off
