The team already has a very strong data capability within it and people with excellent domain knowledge and a senior leader who is very well connected.

Having just won a number of client projects they are at the very start of the process of building an internal innovation hub, that will allow the rapid application of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within a Sandbox environment in order to be able to demo a proof of concept to clients.

If the client “sign-up”, this role will then take the lead on the build of the full application.This Lead developer role is the first person into this role & team and will therefore act as the Director’s technical lead, but will also be responsible for overseeing the design and development of the innovation hub’s infrastructure to allow a rapid application model.The product development will all be Greenfield as the team is new and the clients requirements will vary from product to product, but this role will take the lead on the development and will eventually grow the team out.
