Maison Pierre Marcolini

We are looking for a Chocolate Consultant/Sales Advisor to join our team at Pierre Marcolini inside Harrods. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, showcasing our exquisite products and providing exceptional service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.

Job Description :
Welcoming customers, providing advice and sales.

Interact with customers to promote and sell our products ;
Educate customers on the unique qualities and flavors of our luxury chocolates ;
Assist in maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the chocolate boutique ;
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service;
Setting up and restocking merchandise; Managing orders and deliveries ;
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the corner or boutique.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role;
Passion for luxury chocolate and a willingness to learn about our brand ;
Dynamic personality with excellent communication skills ;
Proactive attitude and ability to approach customers confidently ;
Desire to develop professionally and grow within the company ;
Excellent knowledge of English. The knowledge of any other language as Spanish, French, Chinese,… is a plus.
