About the Pub

Peggottys is a well known late night and weekend venue situated in the heart of Great Yarmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a retailer with experience of late night/live music operation to take on a well decorated publican house which is maintained to a high standard.

This property also benefits from a sizeable domestic accommodation, making this an excellent home for a new operator.

A well-known and popular venue, Peggottys is a fantastic opportunity for a publican with experience in marketing and managing a late night business. The site has been very much DJ based previously but there are opportunities to introduce live music/comedy/entertainment and a basic food menu.
