Your new company
Our client is looking for experienced Senior Support Workers to work in a children’s residential setting based in Northampton (1x home also in Milton Keynes). They work with fantastic providers who put the needs of their service users first, therefore, are looking for like-minded people to join their team. Our client is also family owned who pride themselves in great history and bright futures for their children and staff.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be supporting children with Emotional Behaviour Disorder (EBD). You will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with vulnerable children daily, promoting their own independence, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate a genuine caring persona to help individuals. Having a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare/Children and Young People and experience in a residential setting caring for Children and Young People is essential and a clean DBS is a MUST.
