About the Pub

The Forty Foot is a community pub occupying a large plot in the middle of a housing estate, three miles north of Sheffield city centre. This established pub business sits right at the heart of its community, with a consistent programme of activity, involving sports, social clubs and regular charity fundraising events. The pub is close to Sheffield Wednesday football ground, so benefits from increased footfall on match days and historically has provided a venue for live sports viewing and live music. The two internal trading areas allow for a mixture of clientele to enjoy the pub simultaneously. The main bar accommodates pub games and sport, whilst the lounge offers a more relaxing environment in which to enjoy a casual drink with friends.
