Marketing / Brand Manager: Reporting to the Commercial Director and managing a small team of 3 within the marketing team. You will be a hands-on manager guiding the team to manage the company's full mix marketing to generate leads, retention, and brand. Working collaboratively with Senior leadership and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with the support of agencies.

  • Manage campaigns to promote products, lead generation and retention.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership
  • Create marketing briefs.
  • Maintain customer mailing lists - CRM Salesforce
  • Customer communications schedule (newsletters, Ads/PR and mailings
  • Create eNewletters
  • Oversee online presence.
  • Briefing agencies - creative
  • Advise on Marketing activities/budget, online marketing.
  • Sales support
  • New Product Introduction
  • Event/exhibitions

Experience required for Marketing / Brand Manager: Looking for a Marketing Manager with broad marketing experience supporting lead generation, retention, and brand management, will team management experience.

  • Experience managing and developing a small marketing team
  • B2B Marketing Campaign Experience
  • Supporting Marketing strategy
  • Handson Broad marketing mix both traditional and digital
  • Developing and briefing marketing campaigns
  • Briefing creative and other external agencies
  • Passionate and approachable
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written.

Remuneration & Benefits for Marketing / Brand Manager: Salary based on experience.

  • The salary range is £40,000 to £48,000.
  • Bonus 10%
  • Up to 10% pension
  • 26 days holiday
