We have an exciting opportunity to join us as Head Chef of our recently opened Orleans Smokehouse. As Head Chef, you’ll work alongside the management team to help bring to life the vision of this new brand . You’ll recruit and grow a team capable of delivering mouth-watering Slow n’ Low BBQ food, and manage all areas of the kitchen, from training and mentoring to overseeing food ordering and preparation.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS HEAD CHEF YOU’LL...

· Take a hands-on approach to help develop this new brand.

· Manage multiple menu options, and be passionate about delivering the best Southern Slow n’ Low BBQ food in town.

· Train and mentor your team to become experts capable of delivering great hospitality.

· Strive towards and achieve business targets including guest and financial measures
