The Role: Account Executive

As an Account Executive at The Secret Society, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to exceed client expectations and drive unparalleled results. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients maximize the potential of the TSS platform to achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead point of contact for all client matters, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Understand and align with client objectives, providing tailored recommendations to support their success.
  • Onboard and set up new clients, customizing account strategies for optimal efficiency and impact.
  • Coach clients on platform usage and upsell additional features to meet their evolving needs.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement solutions to enhance account delivery.
  • Oversee the daily operations of our dedicated support teams.
  • Generate insightful executive reports to keep our leadership team informed.

Skills & Experience:

  • Significant experience in Hospitality, Public Relations & Event Management, Marketing & Communication, Talent Recruitment, or Retail.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a knack for earning client trust.
  • Analytical mindset to assess client needs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Solution-driven approach to overcome operational challenges.
  • Service-oriented mentality, committed to delivering top-notch support.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent proficiency in English.
