Overview 

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our workshop team. Previous workshop or engineering experience is desirable but not required. We will expect you to be competent with basic tasks, following instructions, and to have a willingness to learn and grow within the company. This role is ideal for someone looking for a hands-on job with plenty of opportunity for advancement. The successful candidate will start out working closely with our team helping to assemble machines and will have the opportunity to progress within the role, later working with a wide range of advanced equipment including robot arms, a laser cutter, and a CNC router.

Requirements

  • GCSE maths and English grade A-C 
  • Driver’s licence 
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork 
  • Detail-oriented and able to effectively follow instructions
  • Well-presented, with professional standards when it comes to appearance
  • A positive attitude to work and learning 


Desirable  

  • Experience working in a workshop or engineering environment 
  • Experience with CAD programs

Pay

Competitive rate as standard, amount dependent upon level of experience 


Shift and schedule 

Monday-Thursday 8.30-5pm, 3pm early finish on Friday (providing no urgent jobs are left unfinished)
