Are you a meticulous Warranty Inspector with a passion for modular construction? Look no further We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality modular builds. Our factory in Peterborough serves as the hub for precision and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Factory-Based Sign-Offs : Conduct thorough inspections of modular units during the manufacturing process. Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
On-Site Visits : Visit construction sites to verify the installation and performance of modular components. Collaborate with site managers and contractors to address any issues promptly.
Documentation : Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
Risk Mitigation : Identify potential warranty-related risks and work proactively to prevent them.
Requirements:
Experience : Minimum of 3 years in warranty inspection, preferably within the modular construction industry.
Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with modular building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Attention to Detail : Keen eye for spotting defects and ensuring compliance.
Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with factory personnel, site teams, and clients.
Flexibility : Willingness to split time between factory-based work and on-site visits.
