The Company:
Established in 2003, this family run Group employs approximately 35 employees. Their teams provide an all-round design, laser, fold, and fabrication service to a broad customer base.
They are looking for Multiple Aluminium Welders to join a small friendly fabrication team.
Role: PRODUCTION WELDER
Candidates should ideally have manufacturing and welding experience.
Be physically fit.
Ability to lay out and mark dimensions and reference lines to a high standard.
Ability to work to a production pace within a factory setting.
There may be some JIG work to help improve production efficiency.
Ability to communicate, ask questions and discuss any issues which may cause production delays.
Training on Aluminium will be considered for the right person.
T hey are looking for a helpful individual with experience in production welding.
Working Hours:
Monday Thursday 8:00am - 16:30
Friday8:00am 14:00
Overtime Always Available.
Starting Rate £13.50 per hour rising to £14.00
once targets are being met. (Usually 1 month)
30 Days Leave (+1 After 5 years)
Company Overalls/Contributory Pension Scheme/Laundry Service available.
