About the Pub

This fantastic community pub located in the pleasant village of Rawmarsh would like to offer a new operator the opportunity to build a strong business which is underpinned by the community it serves. There is a six figured investment planned for this iconic pub which will be completed before its reopening as part of the Craft Union business. The Earl Grey will have a lot offer with a range of premium international beers, cask ale and live sports viewing.

We have already successfully launched one business into the community here in Rawmarsh. The Horse and Jockey opened 18 months ago and we know that locals already love our business model, so why not give them another to compliment it?
