Are you a talented graduate with the skills and enthusiasm to succeed as a Learning Support Assistant?

We are seeking an inspirational and dedicated Graduate to join a Secondary School in Hammersmith & Fulham as a Learning Support Assistant for the remainder of the academic year.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about motivating, encouraging, and supporting students with SEND needs to achieve their full potential.

Learning Support Assistant | About the Role:
  • Secondary School Learning Support Assistant
  • Supporting students with SEND needs on a 1:1 and group basis
  • Full-time position starting January 2025
  • £480–£520 per week, paid weekly on a PAYE basis
  • Opportunities for professional development through in-house and external training
Learning Support Assistant | About You:
  • Hold a 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a UK university
  • Able to form strong working relationships with students, parents/carers, and colleagues
  • A role model with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a child-centred role is desirable
