About the Role
As a Project Manager within the Global PMO team you will play a fundamental role in delivery of complex projects for high profile clients across the world, often with challenging delivery timescales.
This is an exciting and varied role where you will work with the Lead Consultant and Client Partner to resource, plan and manage all consulting phases of the project within defined timeframes and on budget. The nature of these projects is high profile, working with very senior stakeholders requiring discretion and confidentiality.
You will demonstrate the ability to capture project requirements quickly, working collaboratively with global colleagues and senior stakeholders to build rapport, often with projects where no previous experience can inform the delivery. You’ll take charge of the day-to-day management of the project, documenting decisions, actions and processes, advising and directing colleagues. In our fast paced and growing organisation the ability to manage change processes, bringing colleagues along the journey with you, will be important. Where applicable you’ll work with the local Consulting Support Team to handover a full understanding of the client and the process, where there is extended ongoing delivery following the launch.
This is a full-time, permanent position, flexible from Monday to Friday during typical office hours. Day-to-day the role can be performed remotely, with the expectation of occasional travel to Talogy offices in their region for team collaboration, meetings, and workshops.
Owing to the global nature of this role, from time-to-time flexible working hours will be required to ensure timely communications with the client and project colleagues.
